About Us
The Regency Restaurant in the Hotel Victoria is managed by Pickup Catering and is run by the Pickup family.
Julian Pickup is the head chef. He had been the chef at many local restaurants before coming to the Regency and has worked abroad mainly in France and Australia.
Jim Pickup, Manager, oversees the operation, working in the kitchen on Julian's days off to ensure that standards remain high 7 days a week. He may also wait on tables when required; he will definitely make himself known to you.
Alice Pickup is Standards Manager, making sure that all is spick and span in the restaurant for your enjoyment.
